RSHE
RSHE at Cedars Upper School is dedicated to helping students navigate the complexities of relationships, keeping safe, making healthy choices, the law, and our roles and responsibilities as citizens. Our curriculum focuses on empowering students to build respectful relationships across various contexts and equips students to make informed decisions that promote their physical and mental wellbeing. Through engaging lessons, we prepare students to become active, responsible citizens in society and in the digital world. RSHE content is age-appropriate, grounded in safeguarding, and delivered through a progressive spiral curriculum that revisits key topics each year to further develop knowledge, understanding and skills.

- To be aspirational when developing the skills they need to communicate effectively in different types of relationships
